Bridging the GAP (Grocery Assistance Program)
FREE grocery delivery assistance to individuals and families most impacted by COVID-19, within our service areas of Abington, Avon, Brockton, East Bridgewater, Easton, Holbrook, Stoughton, Whitman, and West Bridgewater.
Community Volunteering
Group and individual volunteer opportunities to acquire and development skills in areas of interest. Opportunities include, but are not limited to, street outreach programs, grocery delivery, charitable events/ fundraisers, and opportunities with partner organizations,.
Mentoring/coaching
Mentoring/coaching
1:1 Mentoring to assess needs, interest and goals to create a personalized goal action plan. Commitment to consistent meetings with mentor required.

System of reward after completion of required volunteer hours. Activities include but are not limited to:
