Over 5 years of grassroots growth, RRR has built trust and demonstrated community impact through youth engagement, service-driven projects, and wellness-based leadership.
To expand our reach and long-term sustainability, we are currently strengthening our infrastructure: recruiting a fundraising consultant to support grant strategy, staff and board training, and outcomes-tracking systems. With this support, we will scale Bridging the GAP to serve more youth across Brockton, deepen our leadership curriculum, and secure stable funding for the years ahead.
